breathe you

Of course you breathe, otherwise you would not be here. The question is if you breathe – and thereby live – fully and the way you would like to? Our breathing is always with us, and by becoming more conscious about it - the tensions and blockings that limit it - we can learn to use it. A good natural breathing helps us to feel good physically as well as emotionally. It gives us energy and protection against stress. By different, simple exercises and meditation, we explore our breathing and what we can do to support it to flow more freely.When we can let our breathing flow, we can become more connected to our inner strength, to ourselves and to others. Thereby we may feel more in balance physically, emotionally and on a soul level. In other words, it opens up to more aliveness in life!
