Nowadays, also neuroscience has shown what many already experienced; that meditation is of help to cope with stress and to feel better. We will use various methods to turn our attention inwards for a while and see what is going on – ways to be here now; to give us the possibility to act instead of automatically react. We will try out several different meditations, for instance Osho Active Meditations, in order to get the opportunity to experience, to feel, to discover what meditation can give. Welcome in!
